Derrick Ragan (Appellant) appeals from the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County (PCRA Court), which denied his request for relief pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA). A jury convicted Appellant for murder of the first degree, possessing instruments of crime, and recklessly endangering another person, and a trial court entered a Judgment of Sentence imposing the death penalty. For the following reasons, we affirm the Order of the PCRA Court.
