This action arises out of an alleged breach of a commercial lease agreement. Plaintiff Fourth & Main Co. (Fourth & Main) appeals the trial courts order dismissing its claim for unjust enrichment against defendant, Joslin Dry Goods Co. (Joslin). Plaintiffs J&B Investment Co. (J&B) and K&R Investment Co. (K&R) appeal the trial courts order granting summary judgment in favor of Joslin on their third-party beneficiary claims against Joslin. We affirm.
